Hi friends, welcome to my kitchen! I’m Kelly Gellner, the creator and foodie behind Eat Yourself Skinny which I started over 13 years ago back in 2011. This space was born out of my love for cooking and wanting to share how eating nourishing, healthy food could be tasty and enjoyable!
Eat Yourself Skinny has definitely evolved over the years as I’ve grown, become a mama, and learned more about healthy eating, what works for me and learned more about my audience! My goal is to share wholesome recipes for everyone, especially busy families, that are quick and easy, but don’t sacrifice taste. All my recipes are categorized by dietary needs, seasons, meals, and more!
The majority of my recipes are under 30-minutes to make, and all use simple ingredients that you are likely to already have in your home.
